The ANUGA International Fair is the sector's largest food and beverage exhibition in the world and attracts a great number of foreign exhibitors and visitors.

The fair is hosted in Cologne, Germany, at the Cologne Exhibition Centre from 5 to 9 October 2013.

With ten specialised trade shows in 11 halls and an extended conference and events programme, ANUGA has the greatest impact in the food and beverage industry worldwide as the most recognisable event of the sector.

The Sial China International Exhibition will take place at Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Shanghai, on May 7th-9th, 2013. The Sial China International Exhibition takes place annually, attracts major and specialised visitors and is organised for the 14th consecutive year.

The products to be exhibited are:dairy products, frozen fruit & vegetables, health foods, meat and poultry products, fish products, wine and spirits, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, confectionery.

The British Graduates Society (BGS), in collaboration with the British Council, is hosting the event at Goethe-Institut Thessaloniki on Wednesday, 14 November at 18.30-21.30, (66 Vas.Olgas), following the enormous success of the BGS event in Athens in the framework of the "2012 Global Entrepreneurship Week".

Following the succesful completion of the 1st, 3rd & 4th Startup Workshop in Athens– with a number of applications exceeding 650!

On December 7, 2012 a Business Idea Competition will take place in ECCI premises. There will be presented (in English) 30 ideas within 4 minutes + 4 minutes question each.

Erasmus incoming students may also participate in this round!

All the Business Ideas Presentations will be assessed by a special committee.

The assessment criteria are the following:

1.    Entrepreneurship’s Innovation

2.    Idea Presentation

The biggest Business Simulation ever in Greece!
Moreover, Fund Raising Simulation for the first time in Greece!! It will take place on November 24, 2012. 200 participants divided in or 30 groups of 6-7 persons taking into consideration their idea upon registration.
The groups will follow a Business Simulation under the guidance of mentors (they will do the coaching to the groups)
The mentors are supplied with virtual “fund” of 100.000 “euros”.
