Kastoria Prefecture local integrated program – Employment actions

This Program provides financial aid to businesses/private sector employers and unemployed persons residing in the Prefecture of Kastoria.

Businesses/private sector employers can receive aid from the following actions:

Action 1: Subsidising social security contributions (of employers-employees) for a period of 24 months and for three hundred (300) new full-time or part-time jobs in the private sector. Employers shall be committed to keep their employees for another 12 months (Please be aware of the Invitation wording, as this action is mentioned as Action Α1).

Action 2: Employment with a 6-month work-prework experience contract for one hundred and fifty (150) unemployed persons who are newcomers to the labour market working in private businesses and in general for private sector employers. Employers are obliged to continue to employ their stafff or another 30 months by converting the work experience contract (stage) into an employment contract (Please be aware of the Invitation wording, as this action is mentioned as Action Α3).

Action 3: Safeguarding of two hundred (200) jobs through two-year (2 years) grants awarded to businesses aiming to cover the total amount of their social security contributions (Please be aware of the Invitation wording, as this action is mentioned as Action Α2).

The unemployed can receive financial aid from the following action:

Action 4: Subsidizing one hundred (100) unemployed persons residing in the Prefecture of Kastoria to start their own business (Please be aware of the Invitation wording, as this action is mentioned as Action Β1).
