Writing a business plan for a new/small enterprise

A business plan includes both text and several economic tables. The text is the main corpus of a business plan and includes more than 150 questions in different sections. You can elaborate sections in random order except for the executive summary which must be last. You can skip the questions that do not concern the type of your business.

In case you need help with your business plan, don’t hesitate to contact the Greek Centre of Volunteer Managers (KEMEL) at info@kemel.gr.

This manual was created based on a similar one by the USA Service Corps of Retired Executives (file in Greek).
