The Greek Innovation Expo 2013 which will be held on May 16-19, 2013 at the Athens Helexpo Palace, will identify, present and provide a showcase of the Greek innovation. Operators, researchers and companies will be gathered to be updated, to exhibit, to communicate, to create and collaborate all together.

The exhibition focuses on four main areas: Research, Design, Technology and Innovation. Greek Innovation Expo 2013 is going to develop actions through the Exhibition, Workshops, B2B meetings and Innovation Conference.

The Sial China International Exhibition will take place at Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Shanghai, on May 7th-9th, 2013. The Sial China International Exhibition takes place annually, attracts major and specialised visitors and is organised for the 14th consecutive year.

The products to be exhibited are:dairy products, frozen fruit & vegetables, health foods, meat and poultry products, fish products, wine and spirits, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, confectionery.

In Greece, third oil-producing country in the world and junctional point for the Balkans and the countries of Middle East, no sectional fair has been organized up to this day for the olive-culture sector. A sector that employees and concerns more than 1,000,000 families of oil-producers, oil-pressers, merchants etc. and contributes considerably to our national economy. This gap is about to be covered by the branch fair Eleotexnia, which is being organized on April 26-28, 2013 by the company Compass Expo Limited.

ACI’s 3rd annual European Algae Biomass Conference will once again bring together senior executives from industry and academia to discuss the latest commercial and technical developments, challenges and research breakthroughs throughout the entire algae value chain.

One day boot camp for startups in Greece, May 26th, 2013.

The Asset Management Industry in Greece is facing unprecedented challenges with the real economy striving to find its pace. A consolidation era has emerged regarding the financial industry of Greece. Will this fact change the picture in the market? Will new more flexible schemes in the Asset Management emerge? Will the State take initiatives to make the Greek Asset Management industry more attractive? What is the Macro Investment Outlook in Greece, Europe and worldwide? Speakers of great caliber will discuss and provide their insights concerning all these critical issues.

The 3rd International Symposium Ampelos 2013 will be held in Santorini, Greece on May 30-31, where the previous international symposia were successfully held in 2003 and 2006. Since then, the developments in the productive viticulture, the winemaking technique and technology and the international wine market have brought significant changes in the vitiviniculture sector in Greek, European and global level.

The 5-day training mission in Japan provides with:
- In-depth analysis of Japanese manufacturing methodology
- Lectures, seminars and panel discussions, presented by experts from Japanese industry
- Company and factory floor (Gemba) visits
- Preparation and post-visit reviews
Target: EU managers working in manufacturing companies (Large and SMEs)
No tuition fee for SMEs and the European Commission grants 600 EUR scholarships to participants from SMEs.
